Congress Themes

The main theme of the congress is “Tourism, Gastronomy, and Recreation.” These fields form the foundation of our academic discussions. Example topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Sustainable tourism and destination management

  • Cultural heritage, identity, and gastronomy

  • Recreation, leisure, and well-being

  • Culinary tourism and food culture

  • Innovation and digitalization in tourism and recreation

  • Hospitality management and consumer behavior

  • Events, festivals, and local development

Submissions are not limited to these areas. Papers from other disciplines will also be considered, provided that they are relevant to the central themes of the congress.
