About the Conference Proceedings Series

The Tourgastrec Congress is an interdisciplinary and international academic event that addresses tourism, gastronomy, and recreation with a holistic perspective. The congress will be held online on December 12–14, 2025. We welcome contributions in the form of original research, review articles, thesis-based chapters, and practice-oriented academic studies.
